Salvaje is a restaurant that takes a new spin on Japanese signature cuisine. Salvaje is a food experience that allows you to delve into the world of culinary arts to produce visually stunning foods. Having had the pleasure of dining at Salvaje it is evident that the food’s look does not disappoint in accordance to its taste. After ordering a vast and varied array of dishes, the most notable dish I discovered was the ‘Spicy Salmon Roll’, it blended the textures of soft and crunchy into a delectable bite. For its impressive display of Japanese cuisine we have rated Salvaje a 4 /5.

 

Salvaje’s service is exceptional, with attentive and enthusiastic waiters, they really take note of your order no matter the length. From our experience they ensure to take the necessary time to describe cocktails and their own recommendations. Due to this Salvaje gets a 5 / 5 rating. 

The ambience at Salvaje is an experience to be desired, with lively music and dancers using colourful and African inspired costumes to give their clients a captivating show. You are sure to enjoy yourself, as well as, take part in their overall exceptional experience. For these reasons we gave Salvaje an ambiance rating of 5 / 5. 

  With all Salvaje has to offer, it is no surprise that their bills reflect everything that they provide. Being on the higher end of the cost spectrum, we rated the price a 4/ 5, as it is worth the experience and food they provide. 

Overall considering these four criterias a final rating of 4.5/ 5 was awarded to SLVJ / Salvage Madrid. Under the consideration of the Grub-Getters community, we highly recommend this restaurant.
